By participating in stadium auctions, players can stake their CFOOT tokens to become shareholders, earning passive income based on the stadium's performance.

1. How Stadium Auctions Work

   1. Auction Participation

      • Players bid using CFOOT tokens to purchase shares in stadiums during the auction phase.

      • Each auction runs for a predetermined time, and players can place multiple bids to secure shares.

      • Winning bidders become shareholders of the stadium.

   2. Shareholder Benefits

      • Once the auction concludes, the stadium generates revenue based on in-game activities.

      • Shareholders earn a percentage of the revenue, distributed proportionally to the number of shares they own.

   • 80% to Shareholders

     • Divided among shareholders based on their staked percentage of total shares.

     • The more shares you own, the larger your share of the revenue.

   • 20% to the Game Treasury

     • This portion is allocated for game sustainability and growth:

       • Burning Tokens: A percentage of the Treasury allocation will be burned to reduce supply, increasing the value of CFOOT tokens.

       • Development and Maintenance: Supporting ongoing game updates, new features, and operational costs.
